  • OnSite Support 8AM – 5PM (Mon – Fri) excluding DUHS Holidays
  • After Hours coverage – 5PM - 8AM

Regardless of day of week or time of day, Radiology Informatics Response Time for URGENT helpdesk calls is 15 minutes and HIGH priority helpdesk calls is 30 minutes upon receiving notification from the DHTS Helpdesk.
